Frequently Asked Questions

Having been a part of this industry for many years, we’re very passionate about creating high quality video content. We love to help great companies grow and attract new customers. We also enjoy helping individuals. Our goal is to provide affordable content that will deliver results.

Video production often entails substantial costs for several reasons. Firstly, hiring skilled professionals, including videographers, editors, and crew members, necessitates fair compensation for their expertise and time. Furthermore, acquiring top-quality equipment and cutting-edge technology, such as cameras, lighting setups, and editing software, comes with significant financial investments. Additionally, expenses related to production elements like location rentals, permits, props, and costumes can quickly accumulate. The post-production phase, involving tasks like editing, color grading, sound design, and visual effects, also contributes to the overall expenses. Lastly, the intricate nature of video production demands meticulous planning, coordination, and attention to detail, all of which require resources, thus impacting the final cost of the project.

Yes, we have plenty of online reviews on Google Maps, Yelp, Facebook, The Knot and WeddingWire. Some of them can be viewed on our website if you visit our “Reviews” page. If you’d like to speak with some of our clients directly to get a more personal reference, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate.

Raw (unedited) footage includes dozens or even hundreds of unnamed unedited numbered video clips. When we provide video editing, we cut the videos and choose the best moments, the most relevant angles, sync the audio and match it with music, stabilize some clips, add pan, zoom, apply other necessary effects, adjust exposure, add the title, credits, etc.

We use professional DSLR cameras and camcorders by Sony and Panasonic. We also use external microphones and sound recorders, on-camera LED lighting, tripods, monopods and gimbal stabilizers.

Yes, we have have everything done within 24-48 hours for a small extra fee. Otherwise, the editing process normally takes approximately one or two weeks.

If the total size of your video files is under 10GB, the easiest way to send it would be online via Google Drive, Dropbox or any other free file sharing platform. However, if your video files are long and large in size, we would recommend shipping it to us on a memory card or USB flash drive. If you’re located in San Diego, we can also meet in person.

As a video production company, we are unable to offer refunds for our services due to several reasons. Firstly, once we begin working on a project, it involves significant investments in terms of time, resources, and personnel. These resources are allocated specifically to meet the client’s unique requirements, making it challenging to repurpose or resell the work.

Additionally, the nature of video production involves a creative process that is highly tailored to each client’s needs. This customization ensures that the final product aligns with the client’s vision and objectives. Consequently, it becomes difficult to offer refunds since the work delivered is highly personalized and cannot be easily returned or refunded.

However, our focus remains on client satisfaction. We strive to maintain clear communication throughout the project, provide opportunities for revisions, and ensure that the final result meets or exceeds the client’s expectations. Our goal is to deliver a high-quality end product that fulfills the agreed-upon scope of work.
