Pay-per-visit pricing structure is best for restaurants that have not yet discovered the power of digital marketing using high-quality photo and video content or simply do not have sufficient funds for a long-term commitment.
With both pricing structures, our photographer and videographer will visit the restaurant for up to three hours to discuss the agenda and take photos and videos of your choice showcasing the restaurant’s story, exterior/interior details, kitchen process, staff profiles, customer experience, menu items, seasonal updates and special events. Desired photos must be specified before being taken.
The prices listed below include the costs of travel in San Diego, professional equipment, editing time and our permission to use the photos/videos in any way you please. OUR PACKAGES
“STARTER” PACKAGE – $1495/visit or $995/month
– 10 edited photos of your choice – exterior, interior, décor details, menu items, kitchen process, staff portraits, customer experience, etc.
– One 60-sec. or two 30-sec. edited promo video(s) with background music highlighting the ambiance, kitchen process, customer experience and food items.
– This package does not include heavy editing with color correction, video/audio effects, text overlays, free revisions, external camera mics or interviews.
“RECOMMENDED” PACKAGE – $2995/visit or $1995/month
– 30 edited photos of your choice – exterior, interior, décor details, menu items, kitchen process, staff portraits, customer experience, etc.
– One 2-min., two 60-sec. or four 30-sec. edited promo video(s) showcasing the restaurant’s story, kitchen process, ambience, customer experience and food items.
– External camera mics for capturing original audio with the sounds of food being cooked, staff interviews and/or customers sharing their impressions.
– This package does not include heavy editing with color correction, video/audio effects or text overlays. One round of free revisions is included.
“PROFIT GENERATOR” PACKAGE – $4995/visit or $3495/month
– 50 edited photos of your choice – exterior, interior, décor details, menu items, kitchen process, staff portraits, customer experience, etc.
– One 3-min., three 60-sec. or six 30-sec. edited promo video(s) showcasing the restaurant’s story, kitchen process, ambience, customer experience and food items.
– External camera mics for capturing original audio with the sounds of food being cooked, staff interviews and/or customers sharing their impressions.
– More detailed, thorough, stylish and artistic editing with color correction, video/audio effects, text overlays and two rounds of free revisions.
AVAILABLE ADD-ONS:
– Extended coverage time: $100/hour per person.
– Additional edited photos: $50 per photo.
– Extended light video editing: $300 for each ad. 30 seconds.
– Extended heavy video editing: $600 for each ad. 30 seconds.
– External camera mics for capturing original sound: $350.
– Revisions of edited photos and/or videos: $100/hour.
– Table and chair rentals for private events: starts at $750.
– On-site visit for a no-commitment consultation: $250.
PAYMENT AND DELIVERY:
– For pay-per-visit bookings, 50% of the total is due upon signing the contract and reserving a specific date/time for the visit. The remaining 50% is due after the photos and videos have been taken but before the editing process begins. Edited photos and videos are delivered via a download link within 3 weeks of the final payment.
– For subscription-based packages, in order to take advantage of the discounted monthly prices listed above, we require a minimum commitment of 3 months with the entire amount being paid in full upon booking. Edited photos and videos are delivered via a download link within 3 weeks of each monthly shoot.
– If you need assistance with event photography, AV equipment rental services, sharing content on your social media channels, optimizing your business listings for search engines, running ad campaigns, updating your website, SEO, link building, creating thumbnails, other online marketing tasks, wedding, real estate or funeral videography, these services can be discussed separately.
